Products and accounts
LowKey Labs provides digital software products, learning tools, developer tools, and related services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Pricing and payment
Prices, billing intervals, currency, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are charged in USD. Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase until canceled.
Digital delivery
LowKey Labs products are delivered electronically. Access may be provided through an account, license, hosted application, download, unlock, or entitlement after payment confirmation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, attack, reverse engineer, or misuse our services except where allowed by law.
- Use our services to violate law, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content.
- Bypass access controls, payment systems, subscription limits, rate limits, or security features.

Intellectual property

User content

Subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation flow provided in the product, billing portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. Educational and developer tools are provided for learning, development, and productivity purposes, not as a substitute for professional engineering, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LowKey Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
